Fabulous Home Learning

Hi Green Class,

I hope you have all had a great week. I have got loads of amazing learning to share that you guys have completed this week, as well as some pictures of the other activities you have been enjoying.

Isla has been up to loads of things this week. She has completed her learning challenges, and used the internet to support her learning. She has also created the most amazing wooden bunny that she is going to display in her bedroom. Its so creative Isla! Isla has also enjoyed her online dance class and found the time to go on a super long scooter ride with her family.

Jude has also been working hard with his learning. He has created an amazing Rangoli pattern and also completed some subtraction calculations using some home made play dough to support his maths learning. Jude is also building a nature area in his garden with his daddy. They have almost got the pond finished. We can't wait to see the pictures once it is done Jude!

Marcus has been having loads of fun at home as well as working super hard on his learning challenges. He has produced some amazing writing and maths learning. Marcus has also worked hard on his Rangoli pattern for Art.  Alongside his learning, Marcus has been on a family bike ride and also created a music video with his sister. I think you will all agree that Marcus looks unreal! What a great idea Marcus!

Lincoln has also been so busy at home. He has produced some amazing home learning. Just look at his dragon and sentence writing. I am so impressed Lincoln. Lincoln has also completed his maths challenge, as well as pushing himself further with some of his own maths learning. It looks like Lincoln has been having fun making clay models of 'signs of spring'. What a unique way to present your findings Lincoln!

Lily has sent in some lovely pictures of what she has been up to this week. She has been spending a lot of time outside growing plants and enjoying nature. Lily has also completed her English writing. I think you will agree that it is outstanding. What a fantastic way to present your learning Lily. Miss Maric has planned the English learning and I know she will be so proud of this writing, as am I. Well done!

Miss Barnes has been busy with Willow's home learning this week. They have been sharing into equal groups. I love your idea of using strawberry laces...did you eat them afterwards? I also know Miss Barnes has been doing even trickier fractions with Poppy. Well done girls!

It was Grace's birthday yesterday. So at my house we have been celebrating. We have been eating cake and playing with Grace's new toys. She really loved her new princess dress that Joe chose for her.

Have a lovely weekend Green Class and remember to look out for the new learning challenge on Monday.

We miss you all lots!
Love Mrs Gill xxx
