In Year 1 we have been learning all about Sheffield and why it's so amazing, so that we can convince the Queen to come to our tea party!
We learnt all about the Crucible Theatre and what you can see there.
We even practised some freeze frames, as though we were part of the show we watched.
Then we payed a visit to the Winter Gardens, and learnt all about the exotic plants that grow there.
Finally we visited Sheffield Cathedral and created our own stain glass windows, just like they have there.
