This week the children have been taking part in Mental Health Week. We began with a whole school assembly where
the children were introduced to some breathing techniques. We aim to keep on using these techniques in school to help us calm down and also become more mindful and focused ready to learn. Here are the main breathing techniques we will be focusing on in school. You might even want to try them at home too!
