Hi Green Class,
I hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunny week. It is so hot! I just wanted to pop on and share some of the amazing learning you guys have done this week.
Katie has been working super hard. She has been using real money to help her count in 2's. She has also been conducting some cool science experiments with her brother in the garden. Katie has been interested in pirates this week and she also decided to do some writing about them. Just look at all the tricky words she has included. Well done Katie!
James has enjoyed his science learning. He has carefully sorted the carnivores, herbivores and omnivores into a Venn diagram and a table. Well done James! Great art skills too!
It looks like Marcus has had a lovely week. He has been working hard, completing tasks from his work book. Marcus has also enjoyed lots of time outside. He went to Rother Valley to feed the birds and he went for a beautiful walk in the Peak District with his family. And just look at the pizza Marcus made for his tea...Wow! It looks fantastic Marcus!
Marcus also received a special award from Mrs Hindley this week. In the post he got the certificate for our 'Green Class Superstar Home Learner of the Week'! Well done Marcus! I am so proud of you for all your hard work and I know your family are too! Keep it up! Superstar!
I am busy this week doing lots of work from home, but at least I can do it outside in the sunshine. Grace and I also went to Asda for the first time in a long time. Grace got some new Pepper Pig sunglasses! She loves Pepper!
Keep working super hard Green Class. It makes me so proud to see everything you are all achieving.
I miss you all very much!
Love Mrs Gill
