Home Learnig from Green Class

Hi Green Class,

I hope everyone is ok on this rainy Thursday. I just wanted to share some of the amazing learning I have received on our class email.

Just look at this fabulous piece of art work that Lily has created. First she used water colours to create a background and then she used oil pastels to produce this amazing picture of a tiger. Well done Lily! I am so impressed!

Lincoln has been enjoying his science learning this week. He has completed labelling and sorting activities for different animals. He has thought carefully about where to place the carnivores, herbivores and omnivores. I wonder if the children in the Green Class bubble have done this learning yet?
Well done Lincoln! Fabulous home learning!

It looks like James has been having a lot of fun with his home learning this week. He has made a shop, priced up the items and then used real money to work out what coins he needs to use to buy things from the shop. Amazing work James! James has also enjoyed his maths and English learning and he has even been to see the swans and signets at Rother Valley.

I got to speak to Ava and her family yesterday. She was spending some time outside at her Nanny and Grandad's house. She was having so much fun. Her Grandad was teaching her all about the different fruit and vegetables he is growing on his allotment and they even have a shepherd's hut that Ava and her sister got to play in. Then Ava sent me some photos. It looks like you had an amazing time Ava!

I am looking forward to hopefully speaking to some more members of Green Class today. I can't wait to hear what you have all been up to.

Love Mrs Gill xxx
