Home learning from over the weekend

Hi everyone,

I hope you have had a fun filled weekend. You have all been busy and I have had loads of photos sent to the class email. Here they are...

James has really enjoyed completing the art challenge over the weekend. He has created the most amazing Rangoli pattern. He has also enjoyed researching the topic. Well done James, your pattern is so detailed.

Lily has been very busy, and her mum kindly sent me a collection of all the learning Lily has completed. Well done Lily, it is all fabulous. I can see you have been working super hard and taking a lot of pride in your work.

David has also been working hard on his Rangoli patterns as well as challenging himself to a lot more learning. Well done David, keep up the hard work. We are all so proud of you.

It looks like Annabelle has had a lovely weekend. She went for a walk in the bluebell wood and then want home and created a painting from what she had seen. This is so beautiful Annabelle.
Annabelle has also done some more work on her writing about her dragon and also found the time to complete her maths learning. Fantastic Annabelle!

Holly has been another busy bee this weekend. She has enjoyed researching and presenting facts about India. Well done Hollie, this is great!

Lincoln has been working hard creating a Rangoli pattern to support the NHS. What a thoughtful idea Lincoln. Are you going to stick it in your window? What a detailed pattern, it must have taken you ages. Well done!

It looks like Anthony has had a great weekend. He has completed some amazing work about Rangoli patterns. What brilliant research and art work Anthony! He has also produced a fantastic picture of a rainbow. Is this for your window too Anthony? I can see Anthony has also had some fun in the woods with his sister. Keep up the good work.

At my house this weekend we have been crafting rainbows too. We have also been trying really hard to grow some sunflowers and other plants. They are finally starting to come through. Is anybody else growing plants at home?

It looks like Miss Barnes has had a great weekend too. She has been baking healthy banana bread. It looks amazing Miss Barnes. She has also been for a walk in the woods and found some beautiful bluebells, just like Annabelle. Poppy and Willow also found a rope swing. It looks so much fun!

I can't wait to see all the pictures you send in this week Green Class. Keep working hard and having fun with your families. We are so proud of you all and we miss you all very much!

Love Mrs Gill xxx
