Home Learning 27.05.20

Hi Blue Class!

I hope you are all enjoying your half-term holiday and having a well-earned rest!

Harrison has enjoyed completing his learning at home. He especially enjoyed conducting his science investigation to test the properties of every day materials. Harrison then used his neatest hand writing to record what he had discovered. Harrison has also been sharing and multiplying and he also wrote up his fact file on dragons. Super learning, well done!

I have been busy doing my own learning too but I have also had time to enjoy the lovely weather. I have been to see my friends, had a picnic with my Grandma and Grandad and I even went for a swim in the sea (all from a distance)!

I hope you're all staying safe and I'm already looking forward to seeing your learning after the holidays!

Happy Half Term!

It has been fantastic to see all of your work over the past half term and I hope you have enjoyed 'catching up' with your friends and seeing what they have been up to via the pictures on our blog. Myself and Miss Crump are so proud of how hard you are still trying with your home learning and we miss teaching you very very much! I hope you all have a lovely week and manage to enjoy this beautiful weather!

Home Learning in the Holidays

Hi Green Class,

I hope you are all having a lovely week off and enjoying this beautiful weather.

It was great to hear from Grace over the weekend. Grace has been learning about dragons and she has created her own time capsule. Grace also really enjoyed conducting a science experiment. I love your Lego man Grace.

Lincoln has also been working hard finishing all his learning challenges. Well done Lincoln, this all looks great!

We have been on some lovely walks this weekend and spending lots of time in the garden. We saw a family of ducks asleep on a tree branch, they were so cute!

I hope you have a fabulous week off Green Class and enjoy playing outside in the sunshine. I look forward to seeing your home learning after the holidays.

We miss you!

Hello Blue Class!

I hope you're all well and enjoying the lovely weather we have been having!

It has been lovely to see Louis completing his science learning this week. Louis has been comparing every day materials and looking at their properties through investigating which materials are waterproof and which materials are absorbent. Louis recorded his findings using a table too, good work Louis!

Harrison has had a busy week. He has been doubling and sharing numbers, comparing various human and physical features in India and he has drawn upon all of his skills in literacy to create his own fact file on a dragon, wow Harrison! Harrison has also been enjoying playing with his new hover board which was a present for his birthday!

Oscar has been working really hard again this week! He has also been investigating every day materials to find out which are waterproof and which are absorbent, he has been reading books, partitioning numbers, counting, finding number bonds, adding and sharing numbers. Oscar has also been doing some writing and he used all of his skills to create his fact file on dragons and I have to say I am absolutely blown away by Oscar's handwriting too! Super Oscar, well done!

Tegan has been busy with her learning at home too. She has been using verbs such as 'stinging' and 'chasing' in her writing to describe a bee. Fantastic Tegan!

Well done for another week of learning at home Blue Class, I'm sure it can be tricky to stay motivated after so long but you're doing a brilliant job! Keep it up! ðŸ˜ƒ
