Last week we read one of our Top Ten Books 'The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark'. Plop is a baby owl who is afraid of the dark. Daddy Owl has asked Green Class if we can help Plop to understand that he is a night bird. We are planning to write a Fact File for Plop to tell him all about owls. First we explored the features of non-fiction books to find out what a fact is.
