Science Week

Green Class have had a fun filled science week! We started the week learning about our senses and used them to describe the results of a chemical reaction that we did in class.

We were then lucky enough to be visited by the Science Boffins who came and did a fantastic science workshop with us. 

Next we spent time planting runner bean seeds, and discussing the different elements the seeds need to grow. We will be checking up on these next week!

Finally we looked at how plants absorb water. We put some celery in water and added some food colouring. We then made some predictions about what we think might happen over the weekend. Again, we are going to check on these next week to see the final result of our experiment! We can't wait!
