Exploring Trip

Today we became explorers and went on an expedition to the woods and then for a walk around Beighton.

We completed different and fun activities in the woods like making snowflakes with twigs, making dens, drawing and tree rubbings. Lots of us said that making dens was our favourite.

This afternoon we walked around Beighton and using our 'eye spy' sheets we spotted different things that can be found around Beighton. For example holly, stone walls and St Mary's Church.

We have been discussing how Sheffield can be compared to the Antarctic and we will be writing all about this tomorrow in our letter to David Attenborough.

Here are a few pictures of us enjoying our day!
