Vocabulary Day

Blue Class really enjoyed our vocabulary day.

We learnt new words such as 'equity', 'contagious' and 'explosive'!

Chritmas Singathon 2020

We have had a fantastic afternoon, taking part in the school singathon. We loved singing all the songs and wearing our amazing Christmas hats. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored Green Class.

Yellow Class Maths

 Yellow Class have been really busy as usual this week. In Maths we have been using money. We started by trying to make amounts of money with coins in different ways. Then we moved on to solving real life problems, buying items from our 'Toy Shop' and giving change. We have enjoyed using our addition and subtraction skills in this context.

Vocabulary Day

 Thank you for all your creativity on our Vocabulary Day! We had a wonderful time, explaining and using our words throughout the day. The children were so proud and could all explain the meaning of their words and use them in a sentence. There was a really excited buzz around the school and, as always, we are vey grateful for all your support.

Money!

 For the past couple of weeks we have been learning all about money! We have loved looking at all the different coins, ordering them by value and discussing how to make different amounts with mixed coins. Today we are even learning how to give change by making our very own shop! Can you have a go at this at home with your families?
